Canaseraga woman charged in Tompkins County case

Ithaca-based State Police arrested Kaitlynn M. Brooks, 28, of Canaseraga. She was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The count stems from an incident in the Town of Newfield on September 27th. Brooks will answer the charge in court at a later date.
