Bolivar-Richburg school voters reject renovation project

By a more than 2-1 margin, voters soundly rejected an $11 million renovation project in the Bolivar-Richburg school district. Turnout was thin. 184 residents voted no, while just 66 voted yes. District officials said the project would not have caused a tax increase.
