Senator Elizabeth Warren is again calling on Michael Bloomberg to release former female employees of his company from confidentiality agreements after several of them filed suits alleging hostile work environments.

�If his company has an enviable record, then let people in his company or former people from his company speak about that enviable record,� the senator from Massachusetts told ABC News on Saturday.

Both Warren and Bloomberg are running for the Democratic nomination for president.

Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended a group of migrants that included Bangladeshi, Chinese, and Haitian nationals. They also arrested a member of the MS-13 gang and a wounded Mexican cartel gunman who fled across the border.

Agents assigned to the Del Rio Sector apprehended multiple illegal aliens from various nations during a 24-hour period on January 9, according to Del Rio Sector Border Patrol officials.

The foreign nationals included five Chinese, three Bangladeshi, five Haitians, and a cartel member who was wounded in a gun battle with Mexican state police. In total, the agents apprehended 107 illegal aliens during the period.

Informants in Damascus tipped the CIA off about which flight Soleimani would be on and Israeli intelligence verified and confirmed that information, NBC News and Reuters reported Sunday.

Seaford� The Delaware State Police have arrested 47-year-old James H. Comegys Jr., after he was found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs for the 6th time.

The incident occurred on January 12, 2020 at approximately 7:31 p.m., when Troopers were dispatched to the area of Northbound Sussex Highway and Bethel Concord Road, Seaford, for a report of a white Ford vehicle swerving all over the roadway. Upon arrival to the area, the Trooper observed a white Ford Fusion in the left lane of Northbound Sussex Highway, approaching the red traffic light of Middleford Road. The vehicle came to a stop several feet past the white stop line and when the traffic light turned green the vehicle remained stopped. The Trooper activated their emergency equipment when the driver, James Comegys, proceeded into the parking lot of Popeye�s and drove around the entire building before coming to a stop.

Contact was subsequently made with Comegys when the Trooper observed signs that he was driving under the influence and a DUI investigation ensued. Troopers located drug paraphernalia along with approximately .021 grams of heroin inside the vehicle. A computer check revealed that Comegys�s had five previous DUI convictions, making this his 6th arrest.

Comegys was taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 5 where he was charged with the following:

6th Offense after 5 prior offenses � Driving a Vehicle under the Influence of any Drug
Unlawful to Tamper, or circumvent the operation of, any Ignition Interlock Device
Possession of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts)

Comegys was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $23200.00 cash only bond.

Governor Hogan Announces 2019 Award of $9 Million in Tax Credits for Student Loan Debt

ANNAPOLIS, MD�Governor Larry Hogan and Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) Secretary Dr. James D. Fielder announced the awarding of nearly $9 million in tax credits for 9,600 Maryland residents with student loan debt.

�It is critical that we look for ways to help those in our state crippled by student loan debt,� Governor Hogan said. �This program helps Maryland taxpayers pay off student debt, while remaining in the workforce and having a positive impact on the state economy.�

�MHEC staff is proud to administer programs like this that support student success with less debt,� Secretary Fielder said. �Governor Hogan�s ongoing efforts to find solutions to the national student loan debt crisis is one more example of his unwavering commitment to make education a top priority of his administration.�

There were 9,600 applicants who were eligible for the Student Loan Debt Relief Tax Credit. The tax credits were divided into two groups of eligibility, including Maryland residents who attended a Maryland institution and Maryland residents who attended an out-of-state institution. There were 6,331 eligible applicants who attended in-state institutions and will each receive $1,000 in tax credits, while 3,269 eligible applicants who attended out-of-state institutions will each receive $813 each in tax credits.

Last year, MHEC awarded 9,484 Maryland residents the Student Loan Debt Relief Tax Credit with 5,238 applicants who attended an in-state institution receiving $1,000 each in tax credits and 4,246 applicants who attended an out-of-state institution receiving $883 each in tax credits.

On Friday, Judge James Boasberg, the new head of the FISA Court, announced in an order that he has appointed Obama-era national security leader at the DOJ David S. Kris as amicus counsel to review the reforms the FBI will be making to its FISA application process.

In December presiding FISA judge Rosemary Collyer announced she would be stepping down early from the FISA Court due to �health issues.�

Chief Justice Roberts tapped Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee to replace Collyer.

Donald Trump Backs Iran Protesters: �We Are Inspired by Your Courage�

President Donald Trump shared messages of support with Iranian protesters in Tehran on Saturday.

He wrote on Twitter.

“To the brave, long-suffering people of Iran: I�ve stood with you since the beginning of my Presidency, and my Administration will continue to stand with you. We are following your protests closely, and are inspired by your courage.”

Trump wrote the message on Twitter in English and Farsi as hundreds of Iranians protested the regime in Tehran.

The president also pressured the Iranian government to allow human rights groups to monitor the protests.

�There can not be another massacre of peaceful protesters, nor an internet shutdown,� he wrote. �The world is watching.�
