Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on September 22, 2019 deputies arrested Darryl R. Vaughn, age 60, of County Route 7, Jasper, New York. Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence. It is alleged that Mr. Vaughn had choked and harassed another person while at a residence on Prutsman Road in the Town of Troupsburg, New York. Mr. Vaughn was charged with Criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a Class A Misdemeanor and Aggravated Harassment, a Class A Misdemeanor. Mr. Vaughn was arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
