Singapore having 5G network by next year

It was in the news that 4 telco companies, SingTel, Starhub, M1 and TPG
Telecom will be offering 5G services next year. There was no mention of
who is going to provide the 5G infrastructure that could increase
surfing speed by 20 times and connection to 1,000 devices at the same
time.
