Not enough good jobs for Singaporeans?

That day my friend told me about this very worrying trend of more and more jobs being temporary basis.

Many been saying more and more jobs offer, all actually only
available for 6 months period after that cancel, will have to be
renewed. I find this trend very worrying, because there is no job
security like that, work 6 months end up being jobless against. It is
not worth it.
My friend has
