South London terror attacker ‘was KNOWN to police’: Suspect who grabbed a knife and injured THREE people in ‘Islamist-related’ attack before being shot dead by armed police ‘was under surveillance’

Armed police have shot dead a suspected terrorist feared to be wearing a suicide vest after he grabbed a knife from a shop and injured three people during a brutal high-street rampage in south London.

The attack comes just three months after the London Bridge attack where Usman Khan was shot dead by armed police after he killed two people and injured three others while wearing a fake suicide vest.

Police believe the Streatham incident – where a man and a woman were stabbed – was Islamist-related.

The man has is fighting for his life in hospital while the woman has non-life threatening injuries.
